The T15 is fitted with a 160hp Ford automatic gearbox that makes driving it as simple as your usual car. Ideal if you have no experience with large vehicles or simply want to enjoy the scenery without thinking about the clutch.
This is the difference that the Dethleffs T15 makes compared to most motorhomes on the market. The heating and hot water run on diesel — the same tank as the engine. No gas cylinders to manage, no running out of heat in the middle of a route through the Pyrenees or on an autumn getaway. You fill up the tank at any petrol station in Europe and that’s it.

The T15 incorporates a 150-litre compressor fridge instead of the usual trivalent absorption fridges. The difference in summer is remarkable: it maintains the temperature constantly regardless of the outside heat, without depending on gas and with efficient electricity consumption. Your food and drinks, perfectly preserved in any condition.
At 5.99 metres long and 2.20 metres wide, the T15 moves with an agility that surprises for a complete motorhome. Village parking, narrow mountain road, camping with tight spaces — where a large motorhome can’t get in, the T15 arrives without a problem. And with the interior width of 2.12m, the living space does not suffer.
The toilet incorporates the Dethleffs Vario system: a tilting wall that creates a completely separate shower with a screen when you use it, and frees up the bathroom space for the rest of the time. A smart solution that maximises space in a compact motorhome.

No. The T15 is driven with the standard B licence, as its weight is less than 3,500kg. You don’t need any additional authorization.
It is one of the easiest models to drive in our entire fleet. The Ford automatic transmission completely eliminates clutch and gear management. Its 5.99 meters long make it maneuverable and easy to park even in urban areas and small towns.
You never run out of heat or hot water mid-trip. Most motorhomes rely on gas cylinders that can run out, especially on long trips. The T15 uses the same diesel as the engine: refill at any petrol station in Europe. No cylinder management, no surprises. The gas is only used for cooking and the cylinder is small and easy to manage.
No — it is more efficient than trivalent absorption coolers in hot conditions. It runs only on electricity and the T15 incorporates a solar panel and extra battery, which guarantees sufficient autonomy even without an electrical connection at the campsite.

The T15 is designed to travel 4 people, but 2/3 to sleep — 2.12m wide transverse fixed rear bed. You can travel with up to 4 people, but the rear bed is for 2. Ideal for couples or travelers who prioritize comfort in rest.
