We are lovers of Caravanning and offer advice based on our hobby and knowledge of travel throughout Europe You can travel through all countries of the European Union without any restriction on passage through the countries, but you should bear in mind that countries such as Switzerland, Austria or Portugal have a different pay-per-use system for the use of roads. Also some northern European countries may have specifications on the use of special tires in the winter season
Our motorhomes have comprehensive insurance with excess per claim. Damages are covered with the deposit deposited and if it is not enough, it will be covered by the insurance company. Personal belongings inside the motorhome are not covered.
It is not possible to avoid depositing a deposit for damages, but it is possible to insure that amount in the event of a claim. We have
In case you need mechanical assistance, we have contracted an external 24-hour roadside assistance service for the whole of Europe. You will also have at your disposal the entire network of FIAT dealers in Europe.
For rentals of more than 5 days there are no restrictions on mileage.
As described in our general terms and conditions, if the cancellation notice is given more than one month in advance, 50% of the amount paid for the reservation is penalized. If you notify us less in advance, there is no refund of the amount paid as a reservation.
Our motorhomes are fully equipped, even with GPS or Wi-Fi for the whole of Europe. If you need child seats or bicycles, we have a rental service at your disposal. We recommend you see the list of services included during the rental.
